McMurdo Supply accepts all major credit cards and Paypal.
By law, we must collect sales tax on all retail sales to NY residents.
We ship by USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail with insurance and tracking. All orders in stock ship within 24 hours.
Out of stock, backordered items will ship when they are available.
All sales are final. Products may be returned within 30 days but must be authorized before sending items back to us! Any approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All approved returns will be shipped freight prepaid - no COD returns will be accepted.
McMurdo Supply will not be liable, in any way, for any damage, loss, injury or other claims, resulting from the use or misuse, or the inability to use any of our products. Buyer and /or User, assumes liability of any kind connected with the use and/or application of our products.
Our Ball Lock Bolts come with a LIFETIME warranty against defects in material and manufacture. We do not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse. We do not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches in the finished surfaces. There are no other representations, warranties or conditions expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise except those herein contained.
